Assurance Home Inspection LLC is operated by Michael Nghiem with more than 20 years of experience as a home services provider, Master Electrician. When conducting an inspection, I strive to examine and report on every aspect of every component in your home. From the roof to the crawl space or basement. I have the experience to determine the safety and functionality and describe the operation of everything in your home. If a safety issue exists it will be in the report, including all attached appliances. Reports are generated and provided within 24 hours of inspection. The home inspection is an in-depth examination of the major and minor functions of a home. The more you know the better prepared you will be for getting and keeping your home safe and functioning.
